What is your cancellation policy for programming?

All Cancellations, for any reason, must be made five (5) business days prior to start date of program to receive a full household credit or a refund minus a $10 processing fee per activity.  Activities that cost less than $10 cancelled outside five (5) days will only be given household credit.  No transfers or substitutions will be accepted.

News & Happenings

The facility will be closed Monday, September 1st, for the Labor Day Holiday
KidKare and the Climbing Wall will not be staffed on Saturday, August 30th. 

The Aquatic Facility is on track to reopen September 2nd.
