General Fitness Rules
Appropriate athletic attire is required.
Please be courteous to other guests and their space. When others are waiting, rotate turns on weight equipment and limit your time to 30 minutes on cardio machines.
Wipe down equipment after each use.
Always re-rack weights and return equipment to its proper place after each use.
Please do not slam weight stacks or drop weights on floor.
Food, gum, or drink is not permitted except for water in a closed container.
Please limit cell phone use to the lobby areas.
Must be at least 14 years old to be on and use cardiovascular machines, weight stacked equipment, and track in the cardio balcony.
Fifteen minute equipment orientations are available by appointment, call 970-384-6314 to schedule.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the free weights.
